Ryan brings more than 16 years of HVAC and Controls experience to PBA and its clients. Prior to becoming a business owner with Platinum, he worked for Hoffman Building Technologies for 7 years as a Construction Technician and Service Engineer.
Ryan has extensive experience managing retrofit projects from cradle to grave, performing the engineering, programming, project management and field technical work.

Jason Williams

Director of Business Operations
Jason has worked in the HVAC and Controls industry for more than 20 years. Having worked in executive management, service management, sales, and service administration, his experience and industry know-how bring solid expertise to the table.
Jason has worked for companies such as Hoffman Building Technologies, CMS Mechanical, Carrier National Accounts and Johnson Controls.
Jason holds a BA in Sociology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Robbie Hoke

Robbie has more than a decade of experience in the design and programming of
instrumentation and control systems.
Robbie worked for five years at Hoffman Building Technologies as a Senior Engineer, followed by an additional three years at Areva in Charlotte, where he gained nuclear power experience. The ability to apply his extensive engineering knowledge and experience to any Platinum project creates the capacity for boundless custom integrated solutions for our clients.
